Our contractors are installing new boom-gate hardware, including advanced License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras and Pay at Exit systems. This is a key step toward faster, more convenient parking for everyone.

 To ensure the work can be completed safely and efficiently, Goderich Street Car Park will be fully closed on Saturday 5 September and Sunday 6 September 2026 during the decommissioning and installation period. We recommend customers make alternative parking arrangements during the closure period and allow extra time for travel if visiting the area.

• Pay at Exit — drive in, park and pay only when you leave. Alternately, payment machines will still be available to pay for your parking before exiting.
